These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Family Table Collaborative website, programs, services, events, donation features, communications, and SMS messaging program.
 

By using our website, submitting a form, registering for a program or event, making a donation, purchasing an item, volunteering, or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
 

1. About Family Table Collaborative

Family Table Collaborative is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports community-based food access, education, collaboration, and related charitable activities.

2. Use of the Website

Family Table Collaborative may modify, postpone, relocate, limit, or cancel a program, event, service, pickup, or delivery when reasonably necessary.

Submitting a registration or request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, participation, delivery, or receipt of services.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
 

4. Food Allergies and Dietary Information

Some programs, events, or services may involve food preparation, food distribution, or donated food products.

Although we may request information about allergies or dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Participants are responsible for reviewing available food information and making decisions appropriate to their own health, dietary needs, and circumstances.

Individuals with severe allergies or medical dietary restrictions should exercise appropriate caution and consult a qualified healthcare professional when necessary.
 

5. Donations

Donations made through our website or third-party payment providers are generally intended as charitable contributions to support Family Table Collaborative’s mission and operations.
 

Donations may be processed by third-party payment platforms and are subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
 

Unless otherwise required by law, donations are generally nonrefundable. Requests regarding an accidental or incorrect donation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

Donation receipts are provided based on the information submitted by the donor.
 

Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisers regarding the deductibility of contributions.
 

6. Purchases and Event Payments

Certain events, products, meals, registrations, or services may require payment.
 

Prices, availability, deadlines, cancellation policies, refund policies, pickup instructions, and other applicable terms will be displayed or communicated at the time of purchase or registration.
 

Family Table Collaborative may cancel or refund a transaction when an item or event is unavailable, an error occurs, fraud is suspected, or another operational issue prevents fulfillment.
 

7. Volunteer Participation

Volunteers may be required to complete registration forms, waivers, training, background checks, safety procedures, or other onboarding requirements.

Volunteers agree to follow instructions, safety rules, confidentiality expectations, conduct standards, and applicable laws while participating in Family Table Collaborative activities.
 

Family Table Collaborative may decline or end a volunteer assignment when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, conduct, or program-related reasons.


8. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Family Table Collaborative.
 

Messages may include:

  • Program confirmations and reminders

  • Event or volunteer updates

  • Food pickup or delivery information

  • Registration or donation updates

  • Schedule changes

  • Service notifications

  • Requests for additional information

  • Customer service or community support communications

  • Other messages related to your interactions with Family Table Collaborative


Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.


Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.


Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing a product or service, participating in a program, or receiving assistance.


You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.


After replying STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by your mobile carrier, device settings, network availability, or other factors outside our control.


9. SMS Consent and Mobile Data

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.


No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.


We may use service providers to support message delivery, customer service, website operations, or communication systems. Such providers may access limited information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

10. Email and Other Communications

When you provide your email address or other contact information, you may receive communications related to your donations, registrations, programs, events, volunteer activities, transactions, or requests.


You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message, when available.


Operational, transactional, or legally required communications may still be sent when necessary.


11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, documents, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Family Table Collaborative.


You may view, download, or print website content for personal, informational, or noncommercial use.


You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.


12. User-Submitted Content

When you submit testimonials, photographs, stories, comments, feedback, or other content, you represent that:

Family Table Collaborative does not guarantee that:
