The Family Table Collaborative (FTC) distributes prepared meals directly to individuals and families. Our mission is to provide healthy, prepared meals to those who need them. We believe healthy people make healthy communities and offer the following programs.
Prepared Meal Distribution
Our team prepares fresh, nutritious, ready-to-enjoy meals for you and your family. Distributions are on Thursdays, alternating between Hyannis and Eastham locations. Text to sign up and pick up your meals. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals are available upon request. Meals are free to all who need one, and there are no qualifications or applications needed. New - Soup Program
Partnering with local organizations including churches, fraternal lodges and other community-based groups, our team prepares fresh soup and salad to be served at a community sit-down meal. Corporate sponsors provide the funding for this program. Locations vary throughout the month, and all are welcome to attend.
Community Fridges
Prepared meals and other ready-to enjoy healthy foods are available in community fridges throughout the area. For a listing of locations and hours
Other partnerships
FTC provides prepared meals to organizations throughout the cape. Our partnerships include local shelters, senior centers, social service agencies, low-income housing and more. If you know of an organization that could benefit from prepared meals, please contact us.

A. No, our meal distributions are pick-up only. We park our van and deliver to your vehicle as you drive up.

A. Yes! Please note any preferences or allergies when you text to request your meals. Our chefs will ensure your meals are safe to enjoy.
A. No, we are not a food bank and do not distribute groceries. We use fresh ingredients to prepare healthy, ready-to-eat meals.
A. Our team prepares meals from scratch in our kitchen each week. Fresh foods used for meal preparation is donated from a variety of local partners, including Whole Foods Market, Stop & Shop, Capabilities Farm, Pain d'Avignon and more. We use monetary donations to purchase any additional food needed to prepare meals.
A. Yes! We accept monetary donations to help our mission of providing free meals to all in need. For safety reasons, we cannot accept food donations from individuals. Donate today
