Mary O’Keeffe
Senior Director of Strategic Engagement
Mary joined the Family Table Collaborative Board of Directors in May 2024 and also serves as Senior Director of Strategic Engagement in a volunteer capacity. A longtime FTC volunteer and self-described foodie, she brings more than 30 years of experience in community relations, marketing, design, and team development to advance the organization’s mission. In 2024, Mary traveled with founder Jeni Wheeler to Europe and Africa, including meetings with the World Food Programme in Nairobi, Kenya, and with international food security organizations in multiple countries.
Anthony Panebianco
Anthony T. Panebianco is a Shareholder at Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C., where he represents many local Cape Cod artists and restaurateurs. Anthony is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Cape Symphony and a member of the Board of Trustees for Sail As You Are, Inc


John Norton
John Norton is a culinary and hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience and is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Administrator. He serves as President of the American Culinary Federation Cape Cod Chapter and is a Member of the Board of Directors at the Family Table Collaborative. John is also active in community service through work supporting food insecurity, veterans, and culinary education.
Valerie Silva
Valerie Silva is an accounting professional with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in nonprofit fiscal management and strategic financial planning. A Johnson & Wales graduate with a master’s degree in accounting, she is President of Silva Accounting Professionals, formerly Glivinski & Associates. Born and raised on Cape Cod, Valerie is deeply committed to helping mission-driven organizations and local businesses achieve long-term financial sustainability.


Dave Ferraresi
Dave Ferraresi is the founder and co-owner of Gustare Gourmet, launched with his wife Catherine in 2009 after a successful career in international sales and marketing. A committed community leader on Cape Cod, Dave has served on the Cape & Islands United Way board and played a key role in the merger of the Chatham Shark Center with the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Family Table Collaborative, with Gustare Gourmet providing olive oil used in the organization’s weekly freshly prepared meals.
